How to post my query in ThemeGrill support forum

We always stay behind our products that is why we have a very interactive support forum, where users can post their queries regarding our products. Both the free and pro users can post the queries in the support forum, however the pro users will be given higher priority. Posting a query in the support forum is quiet straight forward which is described in the following steps.

1. First visit the support forum page.
2. Now you can see the various sections for our different themes and plugins. Find the exact theme/plugin section where you want to post your query and then click on it.
   

   Sections for pro themes/plugins can only be seen once you have logged in with the account with which you have purchased our premium products.

3. Once you are inside a specific theme/plugin section, you will see various topics posted by other users and at the bottom you can see a form, fill up the form and then click Submit to create a new topic.
   

   The form won’t be visible unless you are logged in.

Your query has now been posted, our support team will be looking through it shortly.
