How to resolve Invalid Instance ID?
When you enter the API key for your theme/plugin and after saving the key, if you get the Invalid Instance Id issue then there could be few reasons for this. We have outlined possible cases.
- Make sure you have copied the API key and email correctly and there is no any white spaces before or after the key when you use the key in your theme license settings.
- Simply switch the theme to any other default theme like twenty seventeen for a moment and switch back to your current theme. Then enter the API keys again and see if it works now.
