Spacious Premium version of theme allows you to change the excerpt read more text, all you need to do is follow the steps listed below:
- From your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to the Appearance > Customize > Content > Blog/Archive
- Scroll to Excerpt Read More Text.
- Replace the default read more text with your own words.
- Click on Publish.
